Submitter Comment
We urge the committee to recognize educational programs and certificates awarded by an institution recognized by the United States Department of Education or Council on Higher Education Accreditation; or by the American Council on Education or the International Association of Continuing Education and Training, which are recognized as setting standards for quality education and training.

Furthermore, we urge the committee to either remove NCCA as an example or add options for third party reviews of education and training such as the United States Department of Education, the Council on Higher Education Accreditation, the American Council on Education or the International Association of Continuing Education and Training. Listing NCCA as the ONLY example is misleading and implies that it is being recommended by the committee. NCCA is not recognized by the United States Department of Education or CHEA, which are the highest sources in education.
