Hello Everyone, We have another situation that a ballot is going to fail due to lack of voting. If a ballot fails due to negative votes that is acceptable but what is difficult to process is a ballot failing due to lack of voting. I know that you have been inundated with ballots lately but this is the last issue paper to close before we publish.
