Hi GRMA Members, I am sending this to each of the GRMA rosters so some of you will recieve this email multiple times but I wanted to make sure everyone receives it. I wanted to remind all of you that the hotel block at the Holiday Inn deadline is July 14 th . I know that a previous email said the 17 th but the hotel changed the date since that was a Sunday. Below is the booking link for the 2016 GRMA Summit. The discounted rooms are available for 8/7/16 to 8/12/16. The 14 th will also be the deadline to RSVP to the summit. When you RSVP please be specific on which meetings and/or lunches you will be attending. This is a very large group therefore we may not be able to accommodate late RSVPs. The schedule of meetings is listed below. Please be advised that the booking link does not work on mobile devices . Link Instructions: Click on the booking link below while holding down the Ctrl key On the left hand side, select your Check In and Check Out Dates Group Code will automatically populate Click on Check Availability From there the site will show you the room types that have been blocked along with the group rate When making a reservation with the booking link please verify that the block name is listed above the rate options and that you are indeed getting the agreed upon rate of $84.00. If at any time during the process it is stating anything about an advance deposit you may want to close the screen and start again. If you are having any further issues please contact the hotel and they can direct you to our reservations service. Also, it is possible for me to schedule a morning shuttle from the Holiday Inn to NSF but I will only do so if I get enough interest to do so.
