Hello Everyone,   First, I want to thank you for your efforts on this last ballot. We needed 8 to vote and we ended up with 11 members voting. The good news is that the ballot passed the JC, but unfortunately we will not be able to move to a CPHC ballot just yet. We did receive some comments from the public notification of the ballot as well as some from a couple members. We will need to have a call to discuss these comments. We will need to respond to them by either stating that you all have decided to move forward with the standard and give the reasons why (this option could include a your decision to further discuss and incorporate the suggested changes in a future edition) or you have decided to make a change to the standard and will open a revision 3. I have created a doodle poll to set a JC meeting below. Please respond to this poll by EOB 11/2 . I have also attached the comments so that you have time to do a through review and formulate your responses prior to the meeting.   https://doodle.com/meeting/participate/id/dyorvP7a   Best, Rachel   Rachel Brooker Standards Lead rbrooker@xxxxxxx 734-827-6866 789 N.
