Subject : Do we really want to do this? Category : Editorial Comment I wasn't aware that this was the purpose of the Glossary/Standard. While definitions in all standards should be harmonized, I believe each still benefits from having the definitions appropriate to a Standard within the Standard, as the glossary standard may not be readily available to those refering to a particular standard. I do realize it would save paper, but could also detract from the abilitiy for a standard to stand alone and able to be fully understood. Proposal Harmonize, but keep relevant definitions in the individual standards, or minmally we should discuss advantages of doing within task groups or Joint Committee.
