Hello Everyone,
Thank you to everyone who responded to the poll to help set the 2026 annual in-person meeting date. The meeting will be at NSF Headquarters in Ann Arbor, MI on December 3rd. I will send out the NOW invitation shortly and Emily will follow up with the official invitation which will include travel information. The length of the meeting will depend on the amount of issue papers. We have several ongoing and I have been informed of at least a couple that will be turned in so I will book it as an all-day meeting for now.
The issue paper deadline is November 5th. If any new issue papers are turned in after that I cannot guarantee that they will be able to be added to the agenda, so please make sure you adhere to that deadline. This deadline also ensures that I will be able to get the meeting packet out with enough time for everyone to review it in advance and we can have productive conversations about each issue paper.
