Thank you to everyone who was able to attend yesterday's meeting. I am very excited to get this group working on the fun stuff now. I just posted a straw ballot that will be opening at 9:00 am ET this morning to collect comments on our starting document (Guideline 527). Please note that on the call yesterday I showed you an official ballot and how that looks. The way the system does a straw ballot it looks just slightly different. All of the documents are located under 'Referenced Documents'. It is actually pretty easy to figure out. I also included the Blank Comment Template in the Referenced Documents section. Please use that template to submit your comments. You can submit them using the "Add Comment" link on the ballot page but if for some reason that isn't clear please reach out and I can walk you through it again. As I said on the call yesterday, I am very willing to go over these things multiple times. I know using a new system can be frustrating and this one isn't the greatest anyhow. Lol.
This is a straw ballot and ALL people on the roster can vote and submit comments. I just wanted to remind our observers about that. Have a great weekend and please reach out to me any time if you have questions!
Best,
Rachel

Subject: Inaugural JC on Personal Care Products Meeting
Hello Everyone,
I am sorry for the short notice on the meeting for this week. We recently were forced to "upgrade" the NSF Online Workspace (NOW) by the site developer and have definitely had some problems. I sent this invite out a while ago but see that it didn't actually send. I understand with the short notice that some may not be able to make the call. This call with just be on the standards development process and NOW tutorial so if anyone cannot make it on this short notice please let me know and I can set up personal calls to go over this.
Thank you,
Rachel
