    The Joint Committee on Sustainable Carpet will be meeting on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at NSF world headquarters, located at 789 N Dixboro Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan, 48105. The meeting is tentatively scheduled from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (ET) (this will be confirmed once all proposed agenda items are received). An agenda and meeting package will be made available to attendees approximately 15 days prior to the meeting.

    Dear Joint Committee on Sustainable Carpet,

    The 2025 JC meeting will transition to a virtual-only format due to a limited number of in-person attendees. The date and tentative time remain unchanged.

    We understand that face-to-face meetings hold a particular value to the Joint Committee. An in-person meeting may be possible in future years, depending on the needs of the JC and the number of attendees.

Based on the number of proposed agenda items, the meeting will be a half-day scheduled from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm (ET) on Wednesday, October 1, 2025.
