Hello SUR EDS TC,
Earlier this week you may have received an automatic reminder to cast your vote in the Approval of Revision 0: SUR - Enterprise Data Storage LCR ballot if you have not yet cast a vote. I am sending this as a follow up and to remind you that I am here to answer any questions you may have in advance of the Friday, May 29, 2026 deadline. If you have any issues accessing the NOW, ballot function, or the reference documents included within the ballot, please contact me directly: cleone@nsf.org.
As a reminder, this document is also open to public comment with the same Friday, May 29, 2026 deadline, with all votes/comments due by 11:59pm.
Information from the first announcement below.
Sincerely,
Cassandra

As a reminder, comments may be submitted on redline changes only due to the nature of the limited criteria revision.

TC members may utilize the Excel comment sheet or submit individual comments within the ballot, which will be collected by the NOW. Multiple comments may be compiled into one Excel sheet. If your organization has permission privileges on documents, please be mindful to allow general access to the file before upload for the TC's viewing. After you have submitted your vote, scroll down to the "Voting Details" section of the ballot to ensure your vote properly is recorded. A common mistake is submitting comments, but forgetting to click submit on your vote!

I encourage you to take the time to review the ballots and your individual NOW access in advance of placing your votes and adding your comments. Ensure you read all instructions to properly record your vote. You will receive up to 3 automatic reminders to complete this ballot.
- If you receive the message "Either the content you're seeking doesn't exist or it requires proper authentication before viewing," please refer to the upper righthand of the NOW and ensure you are logged in. If you are not logged in, you will see a blue "Log In" bar. If this aligns with your organizational policies, it is recommended to save your password on your browser for faster access. The NOW will always log users out after 5 days regardless of activity.
