Hello SUR EDS Technical Committee,
Find attached the draft agenda and meeting materials for our upcoming April 28 call taking place from 11:00am to 1:00pm ET. These materials can also be found in the document tab of the group's workspace.
The ballot received 100% participation from 13 voting members, achieving a 91.66% affirmative rating after the single abstention was removed from this total. Because our initial straw ballots are informative to guide discussion, weighted voting was not applied.
Attached you will find five documents: the draft agenda for our call, January 27 meeting summary, an updated draft criteria document containing redlines/comments flagged for discussion, an Excel comment spreadsheet containing comments pertaining to the agenda, and a PDF reference document that was submitted to supplement public comments. All comments as submitted are visible on the NOW. Due to the number of comments received from voting members and public commenters, we aim to resolve all comments during our April meeting, and promptly open a formal ballot, considered the Revision 0 ballot.
To prepare for the call, I suggest first reviewing the agenda and discussion topics. Then, review the Excel comment file to view user-submitted comments, and cross-reference these comments to the draft criteria document and included PDF. In some cases, redlines have been incorporated from comments into the draft criteria. In other cases, the draft criteria may be flagged with a comment to indicate Technical Committee discussion. Please come prepared to this meeting having reviewed all materials to enable an effective ballot process.
