    Hello Pharmaceutical Excipients JC,   I owe you all a huge apology. I was just following up on some of my open issues and wondered why I did not get any responses on the definitions for this group. I then noticed that the summary for some reason was never sent out! Please review the attached summary and for those of you who were on the call let me know if you have any edits. For those of you who were not, we did not have a quorum but did have 3 motions. All those on the call were in favor but I will need to receive at least 3 more votes via email before I can move forward with the actions of the motions.   Motions: 1.        Ballot the definition for sanitary listed in the summary. 2.        Ballot the definition for data integrity listed in the summary. 3.        Ballot the definition for backup listed in the summary.   Thank you, Rachel   Rachel M.
