Hi Laura:   I am a bit mystified about the release of the updated standard referenced below.  I am a voting member of the 416 JC, but I have not received any notice of any conference calls or meetings wherein any revisions to this standard were being proposed or discussed.  In fact, I have received no communications since the standard was first issued.  Have I been removed from that JC without any notice?   Regards, Stuart Stuart Mann , MWS Sustainability Certification Manager Water Quality Association + 4151 Naperville Road Lisle, Illinois 60532  ( 630-929-2546 or 630-505-0160, ext. 546          WQA certifies drinking water system components, treatment units, chemicals and much more! Good question, Jim.

This JC saw the ballot in late May.

It then went to the CPHC for final approval.  Once it passed the CPHC ballot, we filed the necessary ANSI paperwork to begin publication.

From there, we have 6 months to publish. This provides time to ballot any additional changes, if there are any.

With my transition to Liaison for this group falling in that 6 month timeframe, publication of this was postponed a bit as I settled in, and our new Coordinators
(who chiefly handle publication)  were hired and trained.

Hope this helps clear things up â thanks!
