I agree with Mandy Huntoon's comment that if the number of sample points is reduced from 11 to 5 with the added procedures to help assure representative sample and results, then the Pass / Fail criteria should be updated to require that all samples points must be passing (instead of 90% as currently written).
Proposal
In addition to the updates proposed in the ballot, also update the Pass / Fail criteria to indicate that all sample points must be passing.
