Title 2i17r1 Pans - adj
Description
Enclosed is the adjudication ballot for Draft 1 proposed NSF/ANSI 2 issue 17. Please review the proposal and return your ballot by the ballot due date of April 8, 2010 via the NSF Online Workspace.

Please note: This is an adjudication ballot. George Zawacki submitted comments that indicated the proposal should remain as written. The bakery industry is a large segment of the industry that uses high temperatures during the baking process and has no need to comply with this requirement (See reference items for more details). If you find this negative vote and comment persuasive, this is your opportunity to change your vote in the original ballot.

NOTE - Comments received outside of the scope of the adjudication ballot will be considered non-germane and documented and considered in the same manner as a new proposal.

If you find the comments expressed by the negative voters persuasive, you should vote “no” on this ballot. If you do not find the comments expressed by the negatives voters persuasive, you should vote “yes” on this ballot. If you do not cast a vote on this ballot, your original vote will carry over.
