The purpose of this ballot is to add the title to Figure B1 defining carpet manufacturing facilities where referenced; update the referencing within Figure B1 and clarifying the boundaries of Figure B1 for the purpose of defining a manufacturing facility. Add the words “for a manufacturing facility” in section 9.5 and section 9.7.2 and a reference to Figure B1 in both 9.5 and 9.7.2. |
