Purpose
The purpose of this ballot is to review the normative references only for NSF/ANSI 41.

Issues
After discussion at the 2010 JC meeting, it was motioned that the normative reference ballot would move forward and a task group be formed to review the standard in its entirety proposing changes and revisions as needed over the next year.
