Description 
On behalf of Jim Bell, Task group chair, enclosed is the ballot for DRAFT 2 of NSF/ANSI 40 issue 25, NSF/ANSI 46 issue 21, NSF/ANSI 245 issue 6, NSF/ANSI 350 issue 3 and NSF/ANSI 350-1 issue 3.  Please review the proposal and return your ballot by the ballot due date of February 21, 2012 via the online workspace (http://standards.nsf.org). 

The purpose of this ballot is to make the language relating to failure sensing equipment in the wastewater standards consistent as well as update it regarding the testing procedure.
