Title Straw ballot on sections 4.2.4 and 7.4.1 of NSF 363
Description 
This ballot is to gain feedback on two recently proposed changes to draft standard NSF 363.  This is a straw ballot, and NOT an official ballot to the joint committee.

Please vote for only one option for each of the two sections, 4.2.4 Control of Records and 7.4.1 Purchasing Process.
