Purpose
The purpose of this ballot is to change the prerequisites listing in section 4 and one revision in Section 10.
Background
These issues were discussed at the 2011 Joint Committee meeting and were motioned to ballot at that meeting. The definition of sustainable was removed from this ballot as it was contentious and will need further discussion. This discussion for the ballot is located in the summary under “Other Business”.
