Background:
Joint Committee meetings with stakeholders for various interest categories developed this Standard and it was published on November 10, 2010. This revision ballot incorporates issue papers submitted to propose changes to the Sections 7.2.2 and 8.2.2.2.
Issues:
Changes to the standard for this revision are based on Issue Papers 3 and 4. This section was discussed during the Joint Committee Meeting on October 10, 2011. A ballot was issued to the Joint Committee on October 17, 2011 and there were negative comments on these sections. The Issue Papers and the Response to Comment letter with the original comments and the response are available for your review. The only the sections available for ballot and comment are included in the ballot document. Three vertical dots indicate that sections have been excluded from consideration in this ballot because these sections have not had any proposals for change to the language.
