Issues:
In this revision, comments from revision 1 were addressed through editorial and substantive changes as shown in revision 2 under ballot. One negative vote (Schnatzmeyer) was maintained during revision 1 ballot as well as one public comment (Johnson) that were not resolved. These are both being brought forward in this revision for your consideration. |
