Title Approval of 305i21r1 re-ballot - scope statement update
Description 
The purpose of this ballot is to vote and comment on proposed updates to the Scope Statement Language in NSF/ANSI 305. 

This is a re-ballot from May 2014 due to low participation. ANSI requires all Joint Committee ballots to have greater than 50% return of the total ballots sent out. There were no language changes from the previous ballot. NOTE: your vote from the previous ballot will NOT carry over and you must cast another vote to count.
