Title Approval of 14i40r4 and Adjudictation Ballot
Description 
Draft 4 of NSF/ANSI 14 issue 40 is being forwarded to the Joint Committee for balloting. Please review the changes proposed to this standard and submit your ballot by August 14, 2014 via the NSF Online Workspace.

Purpose

The proposed revision is to update Table 2 and 8 of NSF/ANSI Standard 14.

Revision 4 (r4) addresses the comment received from the revision 3 (r3) ballot that proposed a change for the Note 2. This adjudication ballot also addresses the unresolved negative comment that was received on r3.
