This ballot includes the 4 options noted below. Each Joint Committee member will vote affirmative, abstain, or negative on each option. PLEASE ONLY SELECT AFFIRMATIVE FOR ONE OPTION. Please submit your vote by the ballot due date of Friday, October 30, 2015.
Option 1) I support the joint process and am willing to participate regardless of the number of criteria that must be discussed and approved prior to going to ballot
Option 2) I support the joint process, and would be willing to participate if the number of criteria flagged as “priority concerns” were 9 or less, putting the total number of criteria that must be discussed and approved prior to going to ballot at 25 or less.
Option 3) I support the joint process, and would be willing to participate if the number of criteria flagged as “priority concerns” were 6 or less, putting the total number of criteria that must be discussed and approved prior to going to ballot at 22 or less.
Option 4) I don’t support the joint process and would not participate. |
