This proposed revision was originally circulated via straw poll in February 2016. Several comments were received and this straw poll is a follow up incorporating those changes.
Purpose:
This proposal adds language to NSF/ANSI 40, Section 5 (Design and construction) and Section 8 (Performance testing and evaluation) for the purpose of evaluating manufacturer claims for air blowers. Note that this language is also applicable to, and should be considered for addition to, NSF/ANSI 245 and NSF/ANSI 350. The numbering for this straw ballot is based on NSF/ANSI 40 section numbering. |
