Title Approval of straw ballot - 58i74r1 - sampling procedures (resubmittal)
Description 
This proposal revises the sampling procedures for the evaluations of the minimum performance and elective performance claims under NSF/ANSI 58 to ensure consistency among labs. 

**Update: A straw ballot for NSF/ANSI 58 issue 74 was originally submitted to the Joint Committee in February 2016. Several comments were received requesting that additional validation testing be done. The validation testing has been completed can be found under the referenced items.
