This adjudication ballot addresses comments submitted regarding (a) a product not meeting the requirements in Annex G and therefore not being able to carry the additional certification and (b) the use of liners and not coatings. For more information on the comments, see referenced documents.
NOTE - Comments received outside of the scope of the adjudication ballot will be considered non-germane and documented and considered in the same manner as a new proposal.
If you find the comments expressed by the negative voters persuasive, you should vote “no” on this ballot. If you do not find the comments expressed by the negatives voters persuasive, you should vote “yes” on this ballot. If you do not cast a vote on this ballot, your original vote will carry over. |
