As you all know we have a Definitions standard (455-1) that will have definitions that appear in more than one of the 455 standards but that each standard will have definitions that only appear in their standard and therefore will be defined in their standard and not in 455-1.
In the Definitions TG meetings, there were six terms identified for 455-4 (your OTC standard). They are listed with the TG's suggested definition in the reference section. One of the terms (cleaning in place) is not in the standard or the ARG. I will remove this unless there is anyone who can give me a reason to keep them in this standard. Please use the template in the reference material section if you have any reason to keep cleaning in place as a definition as well as if you have any comments or edits to the other five definitions.
Lastly, I have attached the latest Definitions standard (455-1). Please note that the Definitions TG have multiple meetings coming up to discuss the definitions but I wanted to open it to you to see if there are any additional terms you want to see in 455-1 or your standard. |
