I was finalizing some of the drafts when I realized that the language in section 5.8.5 from the audit process section was left over from when the standards and the GRMA overlapped. The GRMA will still have a mark of their own but they will have their own rules on who is allowed to use that mark and so this language does not belong in the standard anymore. Since it is part of the harmonized section I need confirmation from each of the JCs. The Dietary Supplements JC already agreed on their meeting today to remove this section. Please keep in mind that this specific language was for the GRMA mark and that there is language on how ANSI handles CB marks within Annex A which all 3 JCs already agreed on. Unless there are any major objections noted in this ballot I will be removing section 5.8.5. |
