The purpose of this ballot is to include a perchlorate claim and update maximum product water concentration for arsenic.
Please note: This is an adjudication ballot. Comments submitted indicated that due to the explosive nature of even small amounts of perchlorates and their fumes distillation should not be used as a method for removing perchlorates. If you find these negative votes and comments persuasive, this is your opportunity to change your vote in the original ballot.
NOTE - Comments received outside of the scope of the adjudication ballot will be considered non-germane and documented and considered in the same manner as a new proposal.
If you find the comments expressed by the negative voters persuasive, you should vote “no” on this ballot. If you do not find the comments expressed by the negatives voters persuasive, you should vote “yes” on this ballot. If you do not cast a vote on this ballot, your original vote will carry over. |
