Description 
Based on discussions during a few ad-hoc calls, the group has determined 3 possible paths forward for the pre-coat passage issue paper.

This straw ballot will be open for 10 days.
Ballot Options Ballot has closed
[ ] Revise Standard 50 to address the MAHC language eliminating the open loop pre-coat process. (lower the NTU allowed /remove open loop option / etc.)
[ ] Leave standard as is and submit a change request to the MAHC to specify when pre-coating should occur. At the end of the day when the venue is closed. The turbidity allowed into the water would be filtered out during the off hours.
[ ] No action needed.
