Per a JC meeting discussion, a Task Group on Chemical Elimination was formed to discuss section 10.6. They agreed on the changes in Sections 10.6.1 and 10.6.2, but they could not come to a consensus on whether or not to add Section 10.6.3. I have included the meeting summary from their last meeting for more details on this debate.
