The language being balloted can be found in the reference document below, titled “426 Memo and Straw Ballot Dec 2014”. Please note, there are a total of 13 ballots in the reference document, however, the system houses a maximum of 9 ballots per electronic ballot, therefore, the remaining 4 ballots are on a separate electronic ballot.
