Comments: such global list is not clearly referred, suggest to have the reference list.

Suggest to delete if it is not possible executed for not so sure how to confirm withholding of goods is existed if manufacturer does not report it. Even there is link for custom findings, not so sure whether it is easy to distinguish the EPEAT registered manufacturer and the registered related product category.
