Manufacturer process for prioritizing facilities and verification requirements a), c) and d):

Are verification requirements c) and d) sub-requirements of verification requirement a)? I.e. are verification requirements c) and d) the minimum requirements that the manufacturer must consider in their process to prioritize facilities?

For relevant assessments and findings produced by industry independent civil societies, who is the manufacturer expected to engage with and what are these organizations expected to share? What must the manufacturer do with this information?

Recommend updating the verification requirements to state that the manufacturer's process documentation is required, that at minimum, must include the information i, c) and d), and if not - if they're distinct from that process, please provide clarity around these requirements. Please also clarify what is expected from industry independent civil societies.
