I have never understood why we word issues like is contained in 4.1.2 and 4.1.3 stating basically that if these substances are not intentionally added to the materials but are naturally or accidentally in the material then every thing is OK. The statement gives no limits or restrictions just that the material did not have such items purposfully added to the material. I remember hearing some rationale to this but I'm just not crazy about it.
