Last paragraph of the background. ...to the 0.01 gm (10 mg)... I would add "nearest" between the "the" and the "0.01 gm" and delete the "(10 mg)." There is nothing incorrect with the proposed change to the standard. The proposed changes achieve the intent stated in the background document.
