I agree with Hemang Patel's comments regarding being opposed to the special treatment of devices with flow rates no higher than 1 GPM. There are many POU devices that flow faster than 1 GPM.
Proposal
Change to a 1 hour wait time either regardless of the device flow rate or increase the 1 GPM max flow rate to 2 GPM to incorporate faster-flowing POU devices.
